The fine print
Included usage: Pro includes 1,500 AI messages per month. The Boss includes 3,000 AI messages and 500 inbound AI calls per month. The Boss also includes 500 outbound AI calls per month. Overage is billed at $0.05 per message, $0.25 per inbound call, and $0.15 per outbound call. Usage materially exceeding typical fair-use patterns (for example automated robocall-style outbound, sustained volume 5x typical, or use triggering carrier abuse flags) may result in additional charges, throttling, or service review, with 30 days notice.
SMS compliance: Customer is responsible for obtaining valid opt-in for all outbound SMS in accordance with TCPA and applicable state and federal regulations.
Ad spend:Advertising spend (Google, Meta, etc.) is funded by Customer and billed directly by the ad platform. Field Boss Pro offers managed advertising services as an add-on — contact us for pricing.
Pricing comparisons: Comparisons reference a leading field-service competitor's publicly listed, no-commitment monthly rates as of July 2026: entry tier $199/mo and mid tier $299/mo (both 5 users, no AI receptionist); AI receptionist add-on $29/mo including 30 conversations, then $0.79 per additional conversation; top tier $499/mo with unlimited receptionist usage. Competitor pricing, plan structure and features are set by that company and may change at any time. Savings vary by tech count, call volume and configuration.
